📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and organize case files and legal documents using CaseMap and other legal software.
• Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis to support case preparation.
• Prepare and maintain legal calendars and case schedules.
• Support litigation and transactional processes by assisting with document preparation and coordination.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing client communications and correspondence.
• Assist with the preparation of legal research memos and other legal analyses.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to provide relevant information to the legal team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a legal or paralegal role, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using legal software such as CaseMap, Westlaw, and LexisNexis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian legal procedures and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
