Payroll and Benefits Analyst - Remote from Bali, Indonesia

This remote position allows you to work from the vibrant cities of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. As a Payroll and Benefits Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, from data entry to payroll distribution. You'll work closely with our HR team to ensure that all payroll and benefits processes are compliant with local and international regulations. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll for a diverse team, and ensuring that all payroll and benefits information is up-to-date and accessible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire payroll process, including data entry, calculations, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Process payroll for a diverse team, including full-time, part-time, and contract employees.
• Calculate and process employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports, including tax forms, benefit statements, and other payroll documentation.
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure that all payroll and benefits processes are efficient and effective.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and ensure that the payroll system is compliant with these changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
• Proficient in payroll software, such as ADP, Paychex, or QuickBooks Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
