📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize soft services operations, including cleaning, security, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor service levels and quality metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Provide training and support to the operations team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Analyze operational data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, facility management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing soft services operations, including cleaning, security, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, such as FMIS, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
