📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all building and equipment facilities.
• Conduct inspections and identify potential issues to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient facility management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and maintenance software such as SAP, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Certification in safety and health at work (Safety Officer, Safety Supervisor, or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
