• Develop and implement CSR programs that align with the provincial government's sustainable development goals.
• Collaborate with government agencies, private sectors, and local communities to identify and address social and environmental challenges.
• Design and oversee the execution of CSR initiatives, ensuring they are effective and sustainable.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR programs to ensure they meet their objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the progress and impact of CSR programs to relevant authorities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CSR and sustainable development.
• Represent the provincial government at national and international CSR forums and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CSR program management, preferably in the government sector.
• Strong understanding of sustainable development principles and practices.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing CSR initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or similar.
• Certification in CSR or sustainable development is a plus.
