• Develop and implement sustainable procurement strategies to minimize environmental impact.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from supplier evaluation to contract negotiation.
• Conduct market research to identify sustainable sourcing opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to maintain high standards of sustainability.
• Lead and mentor junior procurement staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sustainable procurement.
• Report on procurement activities and sustainability metrics to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on sustainable sourcing.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing sustainable procurement strategies.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in sustainable procurement or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
