📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement Material Requirements Planning (MRP) strategies to optimize inventory levels and production schedules.
• Work with the ERP system, specifically SAP MM, to forecast demand and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective material acquisition.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material flow from procurement to delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all material transactions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain and MRP management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Material Planning and MRP.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP MM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or MRP is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
