📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records using our in-house software
• Provide information about dental services and products
• Assist dental professionals with patient care and treatment procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
• Handle cash transactions and provide receipts
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
• Promote our dental services through customer interactions and social media

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
