📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize TikTok Shop listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.,Monitor and analyze TikTok Shop performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement TikTok Shop campaigns and promotions.,Provide customer support and resolve any issues related to TikTok Shop transactions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social commerce and TikTok Shop operations.,Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure TikTok Shop content is engaging and relevant.,Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to increase TikTok Shop sales and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, social media marketing, or a related field.,Familiarity with TikTok Shop and other social commerce platforms.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
