📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling and performance management.
  • Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote the store.
  • Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products and services offered.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and inventory.
  • Monitor store performance against sales targets and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Ensure that the store is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that the store is aligned with the overall business strategy.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of retail software and systems.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
