📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and clean office and outlet spaces, including restrooms, common areas, and workstations.,Perform regular maintenance tasks such as restocking supplies, replacing broken items, and ensuring all equipment is in working order.,Assist in organizing and managing inventory of office supplies and maintenance tools.,Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean and functional workspace for all employees.,Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel for resolution.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall office maintenance strategy.,Assist in setting up and tearing down event spaces as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in office maintenance or a related field is preferred.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with basic maintenance tools and equipment.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
