You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful sponsorship activations and deliverables. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to achieve marketing and business objectives.,Identify, evaluate, and secure sponsorship opportunities with potential partners.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sponsorship activations.,Monitor and report on sponsorship program performance and ROI.,Manage sponsorship contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements.,Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events.,Collaborate with the communications team to create and distribute sponsorship-related content.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sponsorship and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sponsorship or marketing roles.,Strong knowledge of sponsorship concepts, strategies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant marketing tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing.,Fluency in English is a plus.
