📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Inspect and maintain construction sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Prepare and submit reports on project progress, issues, and recommendations.,Manage and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Conduct site safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.,Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using project management software and tools.,Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
