📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Deliver and manage IT services to ensure they meet client requirements and expectations.,Monitor and maintain service levels to ensure high performance and availability.,Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve client issues promptly.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement service improvements.,Conduct regular client reviews and feedback sessions to understand their needs and expectations.,Ensure compliance with IT service management standards and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to enhance service delivery.,Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure continuous improvement and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service delivery or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.,Proven experience in managing and delivering IT services to clients.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
