📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business objectives and drive engagement.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage and mentor junior social media specialists as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
