PT Usaha Wana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and other relevant industry guidelines.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor restaurant staff to ensure high levels of service and product knowledge.,Monitor restaurant performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations and profitability.,Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best prices for ingredients and supplies.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure the restaurant's success.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices in the hospitality sector.,Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
