🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related discipline.,10+ years of experience in data management and analytics, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.,Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.,Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, and to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.,Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, and a strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling.,Familiarity with relevant data management and analytics software and tools, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about data-driven opportunities and challenges.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
