📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop digital learning solutions that are engaging, effective, and aligned with our company's goals and objectives.,Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers to create high-quality learning materials.,Conduct needs analysis and learner analysis to identify the learning requirements and design appropriate learning solutions.,Create storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes to communicate the learning design concepts to stakeholders.,Develop and maintain learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms.,Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning solutions and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital learning and instructional design.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in digital learning design and development.,Strong understanding of adult learning theories and principles.,Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.,Strong project management and time management skills.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
