📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operations of the regional offices in Jepara and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the regional operations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the region.,Monitor and report on the performance of the regional offices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Lead and mentor the regional team, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.,Ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth for the region.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.,Represent the company at regional industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proven track record of success in managing regional operations and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Ability to travel extensively for business purposes.
