📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our restaurant remains competitive.
  • Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
