📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Promoting products and services to increase sales.,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring stock availability.,Assisting in store setup, organization, and maintenance.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve team goals.,Participating in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
