Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy,Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures,Perform cash reconciliation and banking duties,Maintain a clean and organized checkout area,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer and cash register systems,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written,Ability to work independently and as part of a team🛠️ Keahlian
