As a Logistics Coordinator (Maintenance Support), you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our fleet of vehicles and equipment are always in optimal condition. You will work closely with our maintenance team, drivers, and other stakeholders to coordinate repairs, servicing, and inspections. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for the fleet, ensuring timely and efficient repairs and servicing.
- Monitor and maintain the maintenance management system (MMS) using SAP or similar software.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed according to schedule and budget.
- Track and report on maintenance costs and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Work closely with drivers and other stakeholders to address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide regular updates to the management on the status of maintenance activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of maintenance operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or maintenance coordination.
- Proven experience in using maintenance management systems (MMS) such as SAP or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
