Agung Tono Motor is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Store Manager to join our team in Canggu. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and a passion for the automotive industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory, staffing, and sales.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
