📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.,Coordinate with the team to meet daily production targets.,Maintain a clean and organized production area.,Implement quality control measures to ensure product consistency.,Address and resolve any production-related issues promptly.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards.,Prepare and submit production reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Proficient in using basic office software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to work hybrid (onsite and remote) schedule.
