📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that the company operates within its budget.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.,Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and other financial service providers.,Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in accounting and financial reporting.,Proven track record of managing financial operations in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
