📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of strategic projects in Bangka Belitung.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders, government agencies, and international partners to ensure project success.
• Manage and optimize project budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and make data-driven decisions to address challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Represent PT Nusantara Frontier Development at regional and national events to promote the company’s vision and achievements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in regional development, project management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in Indonesia.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
