📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design relevant and effective training programs.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Provide leadership and guidance to the learning and development team.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Collaborate with HR to ensure the successful execution of learning and development activities.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
