📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using high-quality coffee beans and espresso machines.
• Craft signature cocktails and mocktails, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Operate and maintain coffee and cocktail-making equipment, including espresso machines, blenders, and mixers.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control for coffee beans, syrups, and other beverage supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and addressing their needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in coffee and mixology, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for food and beverage preparation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Bartender, preferably in a high-volume café or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, latte art, and cold brew.
• Proficiency in mixology, with the ability to craft a variety of cocktails and mocktails.
• Familiarity with coffee and cocktail-making equipment, such as espresso machines, blenders, and mixers.
