📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the store including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance performance and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Participate in store opening and closing procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
