Market Village Pratama is looking for a dedicated Assistant Internal Audit to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits. You will work closely with the Internal Audit Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of internal auditing.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and scheduling of internal audits,Conduct audits and evaluate internal controls,Prepare audit reports and recommendations,Assist in the coordination of audit findings and corrective actions,Maintain and update internal audit documentation,Provide support to the Internal Audit Manager in other audit-related tasks,Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal audit processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control frameworks,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and regulatory requirements,Basic understanding of risk management and internal control
