Moon Urban Group is looking for a dedicated Assistant Commis Chef to join our team in Makassar. As an Assistant Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and the delivery of high-quality food to our customers. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to prepare and cook meals, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and assist in training new staff.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Participate in kitchen inventory and cost control activities.,Assist in preparing special dietary meals for customers with specific needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
