Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for clients and guests,Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety,Work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of our clients,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines,Assist with inventory management and ordering of food supplies,Train and mentor junior staff members,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the kitchen's overall strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role,Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Ability to follow health and safety regulations and guidelines,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering of food supplies,Willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends,Passion for cooking and a strong work ethic
