Fresh Food Unggul is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Maros. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the best talent to support our company's growth. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate suitability.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including technical and behavioral assessments.,Negotiate offers and onboarding details with selected candidates.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
