📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.,Check guests in and out, and assist with reservations.,Answer inquiries and provide information about the restaurant, its services, and amenities.,Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues to the best of your ability.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
