📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to improve their performance.,Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
