📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the coffee outlet, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service.,Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock of coffee, supplies, and equipment.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in coffee preparation and customer service.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the consistency and quality of coffee products.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role in the coffee or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
