📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus.,Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes by following recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Participate in menu development and cost analysis to suggest improvements.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Handle any emergency situations in the kitchen promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate.
